if you buy a track only Essenza SCV12, Lamborghini recommends you let the company keep it for you at the company's headquarters in Italy. Owners will have access to a secure web cam feed so they can look at the car. If they want to drive it, Lamborghini will arrange for it to be transported to almost any racetrack in the world. Lamborghini will even provide a professional driver to provide coaching.

The company will host special events throughout the year to let Essenza SCV12 owners get together and enjoy their cars as a group. 40 of the cars will be produced. Customers have already signed contracts for most of them but a few remain available. Price? Something around $2m.

For the money a body gets a naturally aspirated 6.3-liter engine that will produce over 818 horsepower. That is sent to the rear wheels via a new six-speed transmission with paddle shifters.

Top cars at Auction 2020

Five of the ten most valuable cars sold in all auction houses in 2020 were sold by Gooding & Company. The top two single car sales for 2020 are the 1934 Bugatti Type 59 Sports (£9,535,000 / $12,681,550) and the 1937 Bugatti Type 57S Atalante. (£7,855,000 / $10,447,150)

The Type 57S is one of the most sought-after of the road-going Bugattis. Coachwork was designed by Jean Bugatti. Comprises of the original Chassis, Engine, Bodywork and period-installed supercharger.

RM Sotheby’s is holding a two-part auction in Paris on February 13th. A single-owner Lamborghini collection heads to auction. Including most of Lamborghini's greatest hits, the catalogue features a 1967 Lamborghini 400 GT 2+2 (450k-550k euros), 1968 Lamborghini Espada Series 1 (180k-220k euros), a 1969 Lamborghini Islero GTS (400k-450k euros), a 1971 Lamborghini Miura P400 SV (2,1m-2,5m euros), a 1977 Countach LP400 ‘Periscopio’ (750k-900k euros) and a 1984 Countach LP500 S (300k-350k euros).

2014 Corvette C7.R - $950k

This Corvette C7.R is the third chassis built by Pratt & Miller after it introduced the C7.R for the 2014 racing season. No. 3 is the winningest Corvette C7.R in existence. Its winning record began when Corvette Racing took back-to-back victories at Long Beach and Laguna Seca in 2014. The team went on to win both the 6 Hours of the Glen and Mosport with the car as well. In 2015 Antonio Garcia, Jan Magnussen and Ryan Briscoe raced to victory at the 2015 24 Hours of Daytona and 2015 12 Hours of Sebrin. The trio also took a podium at Mosport with the car that year.

Pratt & Miller recently installed a fresh engine in the car which was dyno tested at 574 horsepower. The Corvette C7.R is powered by a race-bred small block 5.5L V8 engine, which is paired with a six-speed sequential transaxle. If you have $950k handy best move fast, it's highly collectible. The race team recently delivered the car from its Michigan headquarters to high-end car seller Fantasy Junction for consignment.

Lamborghini SC20

Lamborghini says the SC20 is the ‘most extreme open version of a road-legal V12 supercar’. The bespoke carbon-fiber body was designed with optimum aerodynamics in mind. The car packs a 6.5-litre V12 punching out 760bhp and 531lb ft of torque through a seven-speed single-clutch gearbox driving all four wheels. This is the same engine and drivetrain found in the Aventador SVJ on which the SC20 is based.

The one-of-one SC20 surely isn't for everybody. While there’s no word about price, it’s safe to assume that if you're asking price you'll never have one. One can safely assume the car is a tad more expensive than a boring $573,966 Aventador SVJ Roadster.
