2020 Nissan Nismo GT-R

The 2020 GT-R Nismo packs the legendary VR38DETT 3.8-liter, twin-turbo V6. The two new turbochargers were lifted straight from Nissan's GT3 GT-R race car. This translates to a 20 percent improvement in engine response from zero to wide-open throttle. It makes 600 hp at 6,800 rpm and 486 lb-ft.

The Nismo uses a six-speed, dual-clutch transmission. Nissan confirmed that the Nismo will cost a whooping $212,435. That makes it almost twice as much as a base GT-R. The jury is out if that represents value for the dollar.
A body might buy a McLaren 570S or a Porsche 911 GT3 RS for similar dollars, and both are arguably better than the Nissan Nismo GT-R.
