Output is 760 hp @ 7,300 rpm and 625 lb/ft @ 5,000 rpm from the supercharged Cross Plane Crank V8. 16.5-inch two-piece SHW rotors, six-piston fixed Brembo front calipers and advanced chassis tuning are standard.

Vehicle valuator Hagerty says that the 2020 Ford Shelby GT500 is poised to become a collectible. Hagerty called the Shelby GT500 the greatest pony car of all time and doubled down on it's Hot List, hailing it as “a world-class track weapon with astounding braking and chassis control.”
