Beneath the Shaker scoop is a 426 Hemi V-8, rated at 425 HP from the factory and using a race-bred block, bottom-end and cylinder head design. Two 4-barrel carburetors came atop this engine from the factory, and free-flowing manifolds fed exhaust to a dual exhaust system ending in chrome tips. The car blew past it's 200k high estimate.
