![]() | Auctioned by GAA Classic Cars the 1988 Fiero GT with 583 miles on the clock made $115k. The original owner got the car via a raffle held for Pontiac Assembly Plant employees. In the trunk is a 2.8-litre V6, a much needed upgrade from the base model’s “Iron Duke” four-cylinder. It’s the last Pontiac Fiero to ever roll off the assembly line. A total of 370,168 units were produced over a production run of five years. The Fiero's reputation suffered from criticisms over performance, reliability, and safety. |
