Ferrari’s first PHEV (plug-in hybrid vehicle) develops 986bhp and is the next 'halo' car. Doing most of the work is a heavily revised version of Ferrari’s twin-turbo V8, which delivers 769bhp. Adding further go are three e-motors delivering a combined 217bhp.
Thanks to AWD and the hybrid tech, the SF90 makes 0–62mph in 2.5 seconds and 0–124mph in 6.7. It tops out at a blistering 211mph. Aerodynamic features help the SF90 Stradale stick to the pavement with up to 860 pounds of downforce. The car comes with a new 8-speed dual clutch transmission. The transmission does not have a reverse gear.
The SF90 is the first-ever mid-engine Ferrari with all-wheel drive, and its V-8 engine is the most powerful eight-cylinder Ferrari has ever installed in a road car.
