2019 Lamborghini Aventador SVJ

The Aventador SVJ is Lambo supercar concentrate. That's its appeal, naturally. The Aventador SVJ is the brand’s flagship, replacing the SV as the fastest, most powerful supercar from the company that invented the genre. Engine is a 6.5-litre V-12 through a 7-speed automatic. Production is limited to 900 cars with a base price of US$517,770.

760 horsepower is on tap and with a beefier torque curve the V-12 gets the car from 0-100 km/h in 2.8 seconds and to 200 km/h in 8.6.

From Lambo’s Huracan Performante, the SVJ takes the “ALA” aero-vectoring technology. Through corners it stalls the outside half of the rear wing — reducing downforce — while maintaining downforce on the inside half of the wing, effectively dragging the car through turns and reducing understeer.
The Aventador SVJ is the ultimate old-school Italian supercar; flamboyant, frivolous, and manic. No matter where it is, driving fast, slow, or sitting still, it’s never boring.
