1971 Plymouth Hemi GTX - $253k

40 miles since restoration. Matching numbers 426 Hemi V-8 engine. Dual 4-barrel carburetors. Matching numbers 727 automatic transmission. A34 Super Track Pak with Dana Suregrip 4.10 gears. Power steering. Power brakes with front discs. Factory N96 Air Grabber hood with hold-down pins. Citron Yella with Black bucket seat interior. Center console and Slap Stik shifter.

The GTX was marketed as a "gentleman's muscle car". Standard was a 440 cu in (7.2 L) V8 "Super Commando 440" engine rated at 375 hp (280 kW). Optional was the 426 cu in (7.0 L) Hemi. A heavy duty suspension system was standard. 1971 was the final year of production with less than 3,000 units produced.
The Hemi was rated at 425 hp.

The car made $253k against an estimate of $200k to $250k
