1965 Ferrari 275 GTS by Pininfarina

The Ferrari 275 is a series of front-engined V12-powered grand touring cars with two-seater coupé and spider bodies produced by Ferrari between 1964 and 1968. The first 275 series cars were powered by a 3.3L dual overhead camshaft Colombo 60° V12 engine producing 260–320 hp. An updated 275 GTB/4 was introduced in 1966, with a revised four overhead camshaft engine producing 300 hp. The 275 series were the first road-going Ferraris equipped with a transaxle and independent rear suspension.
In all, 474 275 GTB/2’s were built between 1964 and 1966 in three basic series.
This example is the 189th of 200 built and appears at RM Sotheby's Abu Dhabi

This example appeared at Mecum's and made $60k.

    Lamborghini Reventón

The Reventón debuted at the 2007 Frankfurt Motor Show and is one of Lamborghini’s rarest cars. It had a total production run of 21, and carried an original sticker price of $1.5m. It was named in the Lamborghini tradition after the fighting bull that killed famed bullfighter Felix Guzman in 1943.

    The car packs a 6.5L V-12 engine pushing 641 bhp through a paddle-shifted E-Gear 6-speed transmission.
The Reventón sported exclusive composite carbon-fiber body panels, inspired by the F-22 Raptor fighter jet, over its carbon-fiber and steel main structure.

The Reventón accelerates to 60 mph in 3.4 seconds on the way to a 211 mph top speed.
Driven 168 miles, this example was estimated at Mecum Monterey in 2018 at $1.7 to $2m. The car failed to change hands.
A Lamborghini Reventon Roadster, owned by a dictator's son, recently made $1.97m

    2020 Nissan Nismo GT-R

The 2020 GT-R Nismo packs the legendary VR38DETT 3.8-liter, twin-turbo V6. The two new turbochargers were lifted straight from Nissan's GT3 GT-R race car. This translates to a 20 percent improvement in engine response from zero to wide-open throttle. It makes 600 hp at 6,800 rpm and 486 lb-ft.

The Nismo uses a six-speed, dual-clutch transmission. Nissan confirmed that the Nismo will cost a whooping $212,435. That makes it almost twice as much as a base GT-R. The jury is out if that represents value for the dollar.
A body might buy a McLaren 570S or a Porsche 911 GT3 RS for similar dollars, and both are arguably better than the Nissan Nismo GT-R.
